How much money do I need to raise?

The recommended donation is $460. This will entirely go to fighting the loneliness epidemic.
What do registered cyclists get?

Registered cyclists will be provided lodging and a custom jersey.
Who can register?
Anyone who is ready and capable to ride the 70mi route can regster.

What are the rules of the ride?

Riders are responsible for bringing their own bikes.
During the ride, riders are individually responsible for their own navigation and an issues that arise.
The last rider to the stop covers drinks.
Each rider only will cover one round of drinks – if the last rider has already paid, the tab goes to the slowest valid cyclist.
What are the best ways to get to Newtown, PA ?

If you are flying to the area, Newark (EWR) and Philadelphia (PHL) airports are roughly equidistant to Newtown. If you are on an Amtrak line, you can get off at the Trenton Transit Center. If you are on SEPTA, the Woodbourne station is closest. Otherwise, driving is the best option.
Can I rent a bike locally?

Yes, there are plenty of good options to rent a bike in the Philadelphia area. We would recommend renting a bike from Cadence Cycles, since they have performance options:

Are any other amenities available?

Yes! There will be pumps available (both Presta and Clik valves); there will be a chain waxing equipment; there will be spare TPU tubes; there will be other general maintenance and cleaning supplies.
